Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VINCASO (the "Service"), operated by CV CIPTA BISNIS DIGITAL ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VINCASO lets you upload your own photo(s) and transform them into a chosen style or theme using AI image editing. The Service edits the photo(s) you provide - it does not generate images from a text description alone.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Tokens and Payments

Access to image generation is controlled by a token-based wallet system. Tokens are acquired through top-up purchases and are consumed when you generate images. Tokens have no cash value outside the Service and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment collection, and applicable tax/VAT compliance for your purchase. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, generate, or request content that:

• Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way;
• Is non-consensual, exploitative, or infringes another person's likeness or rights;
• Involves bestiality or other content prohibited by applicable law; or
• Is otherwise illegal, defamatory, or harmful.

We may filter, reject, or remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate this policy.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photo(s) you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it processed by the Service (including transmission to our AI image-generation provider for the sole purpose of producing your requested output). We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos or the images generated for you.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Image generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure and may occasionally fail, be delayed, or produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
